SAGA FRENCH JUDICIAL No. 3

The Echo of the Mountains, continues his crusade against the French in-justice.
Your newspaper has already narrated the adventures of expatriate judges of the former court of Moutiers in Savoy, (we will return to this French citizen, in a forthcoming article for himself, his name is Frederic Dumas, this will heat the snow), now see the section of the complaint below:

Subject: complaint against a magistrate / RAR 1A 048 393 4686 5

Ref: Judgement delivered on 29/12/2010
Room 1 Section 1 - TGI Perpignan (66)
Case No: 0

Dear

I am writing to you concerning the behavior somewhat surprisingly, the judge Mrs Sabine PEYROU at the hearing on September 16, 2010 (see Attachment: first page ruling). Note
she was alone, and not in the presence the clerk Martine MALLOL as indicated. Ms. Sabine PEYROU, Vice President began the hearing by stating judicial officers "hurry because somehow I will base myself on the writings"
Therefore, if so, the mere litigant I am already wondering why he must pay his lawyer to plead in a vacuum.
But more, to show that she was completely indifferent to what could argue the lawyers, Ms. Sabine PEYROU was sitting sideways, and began sleeping throughout the argument, taking care to support its head with his hand.

Those who were with me were just as shocked as I am by this behavior as contempt for the defendant for court officers and are ready to attest, if necessary.
In what other profession could we afford such an attitude ... ??????
At the exit a lawyer told me
"there are times where we would want to throw their records through the face."
The problem is that the court officers are careful not to intervene at this level.
But for me as Gandhi said:
"those who see the problem but say nothing, are part of the problem"
must say that for judicial officers is just not a real problem, because the client wins or loses, they will receive their fees and likewise if an appeal is even better ...

They do not take unnecessary risks faced similar irregularities.
I said that last 8 years I am just starting procedure for the six months of unpaid rent to my mother. During these 8 years, I can build an impressive list of failures at all levels (first lawyer: indicted and canceled, call the abusive party, collusion between judicial officers, provision of facilities by the lawyer for abusing my mother, no further action by the prosecutor without consulting the record because I learn that he had
lost between two services before arriving at TGI surprising as reflections of one of the judges instructions, refusal by another judge to hear the judicial officers involved in the complaint against X for breach of weakness, etc. ... .). Despite a first interim
won in 2003, 8 years later we see 7 total 5 procedures with calls for (interim, -interim withdrawal, civil procedure, criminal procedure, following the appeal court order for guardianship of my mother that I had asked) where a simple mediation could resolve Theproblem quickly I think.
But I started trusting and naive to justice, following the advice of legal officers who some have little concern for justice, but above all it must obtain a client. One of them told me once:
"Even if the mediation was proposed at the outset, we would be unemployed"
If we can accept and recognize that lack of justice resources, it is also the problem of lack of seriousness of some professionals who are crying and in my case leads to a backlog of cases.
What is disarming the litigant is to feel like the earthen pot against the iron pot facing the system.
Hoping that my complaint will be taken into account, and awaiting your reply
please accept, Madam, Sir, my respectful feelings.

PS: I forwarded an article in the letters to the editor of the local press on this subject,
